Very Detailed Market Analysis |
| This analysis will determine the current market value of your investment property, as well as the present rate of return that you are getting on the equity of your investment property (R.O.E.).
The analysis will include equity build up (principal reduction), interest paid and depreciation, in addition to Gross rent multipliers, cap rates, and cash on cash returns in the area. This analysis is an extremely difficult analysis to complete, and requires detailed information from you. If you do not want to submit the information needed, please feel free to request a “rough estimate” instead. Submit the address of the property you would like a “Very Detailed Market Analysis” of. Please include the number of units, present income of the property, expenses, present loan payments, present interest rate, date of origination of loan, original loan balance and present loan balance. Any further information you would like to provide is helpful (i.e. bedrooms, baths of each unit, rent control area if known, present loan balance, interior condition, etc.). The more information provided, the more accurate the analysis will be. |
